Based on the APICS body of knowledge this course covers the basics necessary to manage a supply chain. The course includes:
Forecasting, Sales and Operations processing (S&Op), Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Capacity Requirements Planning (CRP), Lean Manufacturing, Purchasing and Supplier Relationship Management.
