Bob Ratcliffe is a nationally certified APICS instructor and has been instructing and consulting in the Supply Chain environment for more than 15 years.

He has instructed at numerous companies, including JPL, Accu-sembly, Farmers Coffee, Snap-On Tools and Superior Communications, and has consulted in Supply Chain issues at International Rectifier, Epson printers,  Allfast Fastening Systems, and Zodiac Aerospace.

His full-time employment has included senior supply chain positions at GenMark Diagnostics, and at Cablofil/Legrande an international wire and cable management  company.

His credentials in the supply chain area include the APICS qualifications, CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management), and CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), as well as a CS&OP (Certified in Sales and Operations Planning), and a CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants).  He has an MBA in Information Systems and Finance.

It is this combination of skills sets and experience that has enabled him to view a supply chain holistically and understand how all the moving parts from various departments fit together.  It is this understanding that has made the instruction and consulting so valuable to the clients with which he has worked.
